Preliminary version using Mark5C at Onsala. It is scheduled to
be recorrelated with the Mark5B data. Bonn reports there is
a difference in the phases of channels X1-X4 between the 5B and
the 5C recordings.
Problems: NyAlesund's cable cal was unstable and has breaks. It was
not used.
The HH-HT baseline appears to be just noise; it was deselected.
Parameterization comments: None.
Other comments: Analyzed with nuSolve.
Sejong did not participate.
Onsala looks okay; the baselines fits range from 17-45 psec.
